Get Started in 3 Steps

Log into Skala as an admin, go to Settings > API Keys and click Create API Key. Store it securely - you'll only see it once! See Authentication for details.

Use the code examples below to test your connection. Try fetching your company info from /api/me.

You're ready to go! Send your API key with every request and explore the available endpoints.

Example Requests

Here's a simple request to verify your setup:

curl https://api.skalasuite.com/api/me \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json"
const response = await fetch('https://api.skalasuite.com/api/me', {
  method: 'GET',
  headers: {
    'Authorization': 'Bearer YOUR_API_KEY',
    'Content-Type': 'application/json'
  }
});

const data = await response.json();
console.log(data);
import requests

headers = {
    'Authorization': 'Bearer YOUR_API_KEY',
    'Content-Type': 'application/json'
}

response = requests.get(
    'https://api.skalasuite.com/api/me',
    headers=headers
)

data = response.json()
print(data)

Seeing a 200 response? Perfect! Your API key is working. Now explore the endpoints in the sidebar to build your integration.
